We work to provide meaningful and practical internships and work placements for students. 

We are collaborating with local and global institutions to advance learning and career opportunities for youths.

No Poverty

We drive higher output and direct revenue for farmers in West Africa through the development of higher yield and resilient seed varieties.

SDG 2:
Zero Hunger

We enable the growing of more crops for local markets through  of high-quality yet affordable seeds for a very large group of farmers.

SDG 5:
Gender Equality

We provide direct employment opportunities for women incl. leadership roles and drive sustainability of businesses in a sector  where women are significantly engaged.

SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

We provide meaningful employment including a significant base of youths directly and indirectly engaged in our operations in a region with significantly higher unemployment.

SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure

Our R&D and direct human capability development drives innovation in the agriculture sector through the production and supply of improved seed varieties, cultivation practices and supply of advanced farming technology.

SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production

Our seeds are bred to require significantly less consumption of cultivation resources (water, chemicals) which in turn supports farmers to optimise farming practices for a more sustainable food production system.

We  develop and distribute the seeds that results in significantly higher yield and healthier crops with a focus on scarce vegetables and legumes.

Quality Education

We provide training and capability development to a broad range of stakeholders in the agriculture sector by leveraging global partners and platforms; including internships for students.

SDG 6:
Clean water and sanitation

We provide high quality seeds that will optimize the balance in water and soil nutrient consumption. We train farmers in cultivation practices that lead to optimal use of water for irrigation.

SDG 13:
Climate action

We use renewable energy supply for our own breeding and production facilities and incorporate this in the design of the energy infrastructure in our customer farms and production facilities.

SDG 15:
Life on Land

We champion respectful and sustainable management of land resources through sustainable cultivation practices and less use of chemical inputs from the seeds we produce and supply to our customers.
